At BooDrive, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and estimated delivery timelines.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We will keep you updated via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times depend on your destination:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 11 business days

  • Europe & UK: 4 – 10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 9 – 13 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or courier issues are out of our direct control.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Shipping Address & Modifications

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

  • If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at boodrive.eu@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • BooDrive is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at boodrive.eu@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you locate it.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches its destination country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by BooDrive.
